Returns and Replacement Policy
The Return and Replacement Policy includes all Deraah products in the online store.
To avail return, replacement and warranty services, you must bring the original receipt or invoice received from the company representative.
Return or replacement can be possible if the item is in the same case as purchased and enveloped in the original packaging.
No returns or replace will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt your package, please contact us immediately at 8001186666 for assistance in the returns process.
Take photos and send via WhatsApp or email with city identification and address.
Please take note that a returned or replace item must be with (7) days through the nearest branch of Deraah Company.
The consumer has to bear all cost of return.
There are a number of specific situations where the product cannot be returned or replacement and they are:
· When submitting a return request after a specified time, which is 7 days from the date of receipt.
· When using the product, when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition that you received it.
· Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
· Products without price tags, stickers, original packaging, or the lack of any accessories.
- Delivery in Riyadh within 24 hours considering holidays and days off.
- Customers in major cities, delivery period ranges from 2 to 4 working days from invoice date.
- Customers outside the main cities, the shipping period ranges from 4 to 7 working days from the date of invoice.
- The contract is terminated if the dealer delays delivery for 15 days.
You can use one of the following methods to pay:
- Through the website using a card (Mada, Visa or Master) issued from anywhere.
- via Apple Pay.
- via Tamara.
Tamara return policy:
- Regarding orders paid by the Tamara payment method, return is within (7) days from the date of the shipment’s arrival to the customer.
- Refunds to the customer will be made through Tamara Company.
Regarding orders paid through the Tamara payment method, the exchange can be made within (7) days according to the mechanism below:
- The item to be replaced must be fully returned, and refunds to the customer will be made through Tamara Company.
- A new invoice is issued for the new item, and the amounts are paid by the customer to Tamara Company.
Payment upon receipt:
· Use (Visa - Master - ATM card) via Saudi mobile network device.
· Pay cash upon receipt to the delegate, without adding additional charges on the commodity.
· Warranty on all Deraah products of any manufacturing defects.
Warranty on electrical appliances according to the following conditions:
· All electrical appliances are guaranteed by Deraah Company for two years from the date of purchase from any manufacturing-related defects.
· It is necessary to bring the original purchase invoice of the device to ensure the validity of the warranty period delivered by the company representative.
· The repairing period is (30) days maximum, for defects covered by the product and manufacturing quality.
· The warranty is valid to repair or replace parts for free in case of manufacturing defect, and does not mean that the product will be replaced or refunded.
Warranty does not cover the product in the following cases:
· Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the use instructions.
· Fractures, or exposure of the device to external factors, such as: moisture, water or electrical voltage other than what is specified and indicated in the device.
· Attempts to repair and tamper with the product.
· The buyer has the right to obtain an alternative commodity, or to recover its value after payment of the cost of use, fair 5% of the value of the product at the time of purchase for each month, starting from the date of purchase no more than 80% of the value of the product stipulated in the provisions of the regulation of the Ministry of Commerce, in connection with the provision of maintenance services, the provision of spare parts and quality assurance.
