- Go to the prize website by clicking on the icon below (enter your information to receive the prize in the card), enter all the required information, then verify and submit the request.
- You will be contacted by a Deraah customer service representative to confirm your information and verify the type of prize on the card, and to take a picture of the card. Therefore, you must ensure that you enter the mobile number correctly when entering the information, and keep the card to receive the prize.
- The prize is redeemed only once per card.
- The prize is issued to the person whose information is entered on the prize website after verification by Deraah customer service staff.
- If you win the additional 10% discount code, it can only be used in the online store.
- To benefit from the additional 10% discount code in the online store, you must enter the discount code on the card correctly before completing the payment process. Note that the code expires on August 31, 2025.
- If you win one of these prizes: PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, T-shirt signed by Falcons players and content creators, they will be delivered to the designated delivery center in the city you selected within 15 days from the date of contact by customer service staff.
- If you win a cash prize of 2500 Riyals, you will be contacted by a customer service representative to take your approved bank transfer details to transfer it to the account within 15 days from the date of contact, after delivering the prize card to the designated delivery center in the selected city.
- If you win the "Dream Setup", you will be contacted by customer service staff to verify your information and the type of prize, and take a picture of the card. After that, the Falcons team will contact you to coordinate in preparing and setting up the Dream Setup.
