Do not install the device where a child can touch it
Do not install the device in a place that cannot withstand force and prostration, which may lead to falling and collapse
Keep the device away from the source of fire and heat, and prevent storing flammable materials around the device
Please clean the device periodically by replacing the fragrance oil with alcohol every 2-3 months
The device should always remain in an upright position. A slight tilt will cause the scent to spill and will affect the internal parts of the device
Warranty 24 months from the date of purchase and includes spare parts only without essential oil
The warranty does not cover the following cases
Damages and problems resulting from accidents and fires
The product was not used properly
It was repaired by non-professionals and caused damage to some parts
Damage during transportation
Lack of warranty card
Not cleaning the device for a long time
Devices that were not purchased from the company's official sales outlets

"The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase and covers only spare parts, excluding the main oil.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage and issues caused by accidents or fires.
- Improper use of the product that resulted in damage.
- The device being repaired outside the company by unprofessional individuals, causing damage to some parts.
- Damage during transportation.
- Lack of a warranty card.
- Failure to clean the device for a long period.
- Devices that were not purchased from the company's official sales outlets.
Warranty: The purchase invoice must be attached to avail the warranty benefits.
